My name is Sam Shute, I am a professional guitar tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience, and a former graduate of Leeds College of Music. I offer professional one-to-one and two-to-one guitar lessons in Calderdale for students of all ages and abilities. As a tutor I specialise in electric, acoustic & classical guitar, covering a wide range of styles and genres including but not limited to: Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Soul, Acoustic, Folk, Country and Classical.

If you live in the following areas: Hebden Bridge, Todmorden, Mytholmroyd, Luddenden, Friendly, Sowerby Bridge, King Cross & Savile Park or surrounding areas, you are eligible for private guitar lessons in the comfort of your own home. I am flexible with my teaching hours and can teach at a time that suits you.

Alternatively, you can visit me for lessons at my home in Hebden Bridge.

Online lessons

Via Zoom or Skype.

Better suited to adults and adolescents who want to get the maximum amount from their lessons.

Suited to adults, adolescents and older children for whom 1 hour is a bit too long

Mainly suited to students under the age of 12 who benefit from having shorter lessons and may find anything longer than this difficult
